The Endpoints List table provides a comprehensive overview of managed endpoints, presenting key information such as hostname, active user, hardware details, location, and performance scores.
The "Overall Score" metric allows for quick identification of endpoints with potential issues, while hardware and location details aid in inventory management and troubleshooting.
User-defined tags and custom location fields enable efficient filtering and categorization of endpoints, simplifying the management of large and diverse endpoint environments.
It functions as a central monitoring hub, allowing IT administrators to:
- Track Device Details and Software Versions: The dashboard displays key information for each endpoint, including device type, location (country and custom if applicable), manufacturer, and the version of the agent installed. This overview helps ensure all devices are running the latest version, crucial for maintaining system security and functionality.
- Monitor User Activity and Logins: The dashboard tracks user activity by revealing the usernames of the last logged-in users for each device. This information can be valuable for troubleshooting access issues, identifying suspicious login attempts, and monitoring overall device usage patterns.
- Maintain Device Health: The dashboard acts as a watchdog for device health. It displays the current connectivity status of each device. Additionally, it shows the device's last login and reboot timestamps. This information helps identify potential issues like offline devices, devices that haven't rebooted in a long time, or those nearing the end of their warranty period (warranty and remaining information might be displayed).
