Logon Sessions

The Logon Session dashboard is available under Virtualization -> Logon Sessions, it automatically filters the connection type to Citrix and RDP.

Requirements​

  • A Logon Monitor needs to be configured in UXM under Administration -> UXM Desktop Agent -> Desktop monitors if logon/logoff sessions should be captured and calculated.

The Logon monitor captures when users logon and logoff their endpoint device and also Citrix/AVD/RDP sessions, the monitor collects how long it took and what caused the slow logon duration by analyzing Group Policies, Logon Scripts and Profile Load timings.
